Description

Do You Have What It Takes to Be an Olympian?

The City of Kenora is excited to introduce our Olympic Athletic Combine, giving youth and community members the opportunity to experience the types of performance testing used in RBC Olympic athlete assessments and NFL Combine-style events.

This event is designed to be fun, challenging, and accessible, allowing participants to test their athletic abilities in a supportive environment while learning more about their own speed, strength, agility, and endurance.

Whether you compete in sports or simply enjoy being active, this combine is about challenging yourself and seeing what you’re capable of.

Participants rotate through testing stations, guided by staff and volunteers throughout the event.

Combine Testing Events

Testing varies slightly by age group and includes:

Sprint Testing
• 40-Yard Dash (Grades 7 & up & Open)
• Short Sprint for younger participants

Jump Testing

• Standing Broad Jump

Strength Testing
