Description

This 8-week lower body program helps adults improve strength, stability, mobility, and overall movement. It begins with a one-on-one assessment by a Kinesiologist to identify issues in the hips, knees, and ankles, then continues with weekly small-group circuit training sessions tailored to individual needs. The program includes strength, mobility, balance, and injury-prevention education, plus a two-month gym membership so participants can practice the exercises independently and reinforce progress.
