Description
This 8-week upper body program helps adults improve strength, mobility, stability, posture, and joint function. It starts with a one-on-one assessment by a Kinesiologist to identify movement limitations and areas needing support. Participants then attend weekly small-group circuit sessions with tailored exercises focused on upper body strength, shoulder/elbow/wrist mobility, joint stability, and injury prevention. The program also includes a two-month gym membership so participants can practice independently and reinforce progress.
