Description

Rediscover your strength and vitality in a supportive environment designed for moms and babies. This program is dedicated to safely rebuilding core stability and improving pelvic floor function after childbirth, by blending gentle aerobic exercise, targeted muscular work, Pilates-inspired exercises, and gentle yet effective flexibility exercises. Throughout the sessions you are encouraged to listen to your body and progress at your own pace. The course aims to help support your physical and emotional well-being through exercise in a like-minded new mom community. There will be 2 short post partum educational sessions included in the series. Moms should be six weeks post vaginal delivery and 12 weeks post-caesarean. Babies (pre-crawling and crawling) are welcome!
