Description
This beginner-friendly Oil Painting class is designed to guide students step by step through the fundamentals they need to start painting with confidence. The first few sessions focus on essential drawing skills, basic color theory, and understanding the color wheel. Once students are comfortable with these foundations, they will select their own reference image or model for their painting project.
Each participant works at their own pace, depending on their skill level and the complexity of the model they choose. While the completion time may vary from person to person, the goal of the course is to teach all the key techniques involved in creating a full oil painting—from composition and underpainting to layering and final details.
Even if a student does not fully finish their painting within the course duration, they will still learn all the essential steps and techniques needed to continue and complete it confidently on their own.
Students will require to purchase their own canvas.
