This class builds on existing lifting skills and helps participants take their strength to the next level. We focus on progressive training techniques, advanced exercise variations, and proper form to improve muscle strength, tone, and confidence. Participants receive coaching on technique, safe spotting, and effective use of both free weights and machines.
