At each level the children's developmental, emotional and physical needs are met. The progressive nature of this program sets children up for immediate and future success in sport. Positive coaching methods are used to develop life skills like independence, self-confidence, courage, discipline, concentration and listening skills, good sportsmanship, responsibility and social interaction.
