Description

A restorative evening sound bath as winter settles in and the year comes to a close. This experience invites you to slow down, soften, and restore through soothing crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding frequencies.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything needed for warmth and comfort.
