Description
This training is designed for youth who want to gain leadership development and consists of specialized training which will detail information on program planning, communication, team building, and leadership. Our L.I.T.s will participate in 3 training sessions where they will learn and train along side our Mobile Youth and Summer Camp staff. LIT's will gain volunteer hours for this course and be ready to step into the next phase of becoming a top notch leader.
L.I.T.s are required to complete a one-week placement at one of the Mobile Youth Centre sites or Summer Camps.
