Stick and Puck Regulations
- Stick and puck is a non-instructional drop in program where participants can practice shooting, passing, skating and stickhandling with other players participating.
- Shinny games are not permitted during this program.
- All sports equipment (pucks, sticks, helmets, gloves, etc.) must be brought by the participant.
- Participants must have a minimum: CSA helmet, hockey gloves, skates & stick. Hockey Masks are highly recommended.
- Non-contact/No slap shots or raises.
