Stick and Puck Regulations
Stick and puck is a non-instructional drop in program where participants can practice shooting, passing, skating and stickhandling with other players participating.
Shinny games are not permitted during this program.
All sports equipment (pucks, sticks, helmets, gloves, etc.) must be brought by the participant.
Full hockey equipment required for youth participants including hockey mask.
Parent / Guardian must have a minimum: CSA helmet, hockey gloves, skates & stick. Hockey Masks are highly recommended.
