Swim Lesson Dates: July 27, 28, 29, 30, 31
NO SWIMMING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Participants will learn to feel comfortable entering an open-water environment. They will practice safely jumping in water with and without a lifejacket, learn to open their eyes underwater, exhale, and hold their breath. They will develop basic skills such as floating, gliding, and kicking on their front and back.
For children 5-8 years. If the participant is out of the age range online, please email beaches@halifax.ca to see if accommodation is possible.
