Description

Develop swimming proficiency, lifesaving skill and personal fitness. Candidates refine their stroke mechanics, learn self-rescue skills, and apply fitness principles in training workouts. This course is preparation for success in Bronze Medallion and must be completed if the swimmer is younger than 13 years of age. Swim Patrol (Swimmer 7/8/9) experience is recommended.
