C.S.A (Z262.1) Approved multi impact hockey/skating helmet & gloves/mittens mandatory for all participants. Face shield & neck guard are strongly recommended. Skills Include: 3 turns, mohawks, backward circle thrusts, forward cross cuts & sequence of skills with speed, timing & coordination.
