This Water Polo Program introduces athletes to the fundamentals of water polo in a supportive, high‑energy environment. Designed for participants with little to no experience, this program focuses on building comfort in the water, developing essential skills, and fostering a love for the sport.
Athletes learn through a mix of drills, games, and guided scrimmages that keep sessions engaging and confidence‑boosting. Swimmers must be able to swim 50‑meter continuous
