Swim Lesson Dates: August 3, August 4, August 5, August 6, August 7 NO SWIMMING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Swimming 101 is based on the Lifesaving Society’s Swim to Survive standards and is designed for adults who want to gain essential water‑safety and survival skills. This program focuses on fundamental abilities needed to respond confidently to an unexpected fall into deep water. It is ideal for adults who have never taken formal swim lessons or who wish to build basic comfort and safety in the water. Participants will learn the three key Swim to Survive skills: - Rolling safely into deep water - Treading water for one minute - Swimming 50 metres This program is for teens aged 15-18.
