Description
Prerequisite: Minimum 15 years of age (before the last date of the course), Bronze Cross Certification, and Intermediate Workplace First Aid Certification.

The Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor course prepares the instructor to teach and evaluate basic swim strokes and related skills. Candidates acquire proven teaching methods, a variety of stroke development drills, and correction techniques. The course includes an apprenticeship/practice teaching component (up to 10 hours).
