Adult Beginner Tennis is an inviting and supportive program for participants ages 19 and up who are new to the sport or looking to build confidence with the fundamentals. Sessions focus on developing essential skills such as proper grip, basic strokes, footwork, and rallying through a blend of drills, practice activities, and beginner‑friendly game play. Proper sun safety is encouraged, and participants should arrive prepared for outdoor activity with a filled water bottle to stay hydrated. In the event of poor weather or unsafe court conditions, staff will notify participants as early as possible if a session must be cancelled; decisions are made with safety and instructional quality in mind, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
