NOTE: NO CLASS AUGUST 4, 2026 This class is designed to improve overall strength, endurance, power, and physical performance through a balanced mix of weight training, cardio, and core‑focused exercises. Participants work through functional, full‑body movements that enhance physical capacity and help reduce the risk of injury in daily life. Modifications and alternatives are offered throughout the session, ensuring the workout is accessible, challenging, and safe for a wide range of fitness levels and abilities.
