Description
Join us for our outdoor nature adventure camps! Campers will participate in a variety of fun outdoor activities with an emphasis on nature-based play including park exploration, learning about nature, arts & crafts, games, dance, drama, music, swimming and water games, and plenty of physical activity. This program runs rain or shine and in fact, a rain day is a great day for us! Campers will have some indoor sun-safe play time in the middle of each day, but otherwise will start their day outside and end their day outside. Please come to the program dressed for the weather including closed-toe footwear, a hat, extra clothes for wet days, a towel and swimsuit each day, and previously applied sun screen and bug spray (optional). Also bring a backpack, a lunch and snacks, and a full water bottle. Drop-off location is in the Park behind the Findlay Community Centre. Participants in this program will be split into two age groups with their own age-appropriate activities planned. If you want to request two siblings or relatives to be in the same group, please contact the Findlay Front Desk prior to camp starting to make the request. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee it.
