Description
This program will take place in William Black Church Hall in Glen Margaret. This energetic class focuses on improving muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility, incorporating functional movements and fun bursts of cardio. An awesome full body workout that will make you feel strong, build muscle, and strengthen your core. The circuit style class will lead you through intervals of cardio, strength and core exercises. It utilizes a variety or equipment including hand weights, body weight and a mat. Recommended for all levels of fitness.
