Swimmer 7

Swimmers continue stroke development of front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke. Fitness improves with 350m workouts and 100m timed swims. Lifesaving Sport skills include a 25m obstacle swim and 15m object carries. First aid is introduced, focusing on the assessment of conscious victims, contacting Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and treatment for bleeding. Cancellations requested 7 days or more prior to the first day of the program qualify for a refund. The refund will be processed for the full amount of the fee paid, minus an administrative charge of 10%. Cancellations requested less than 7 days prior to the first day of the program do not qualify for a refund or credit.
