Description
Mobility Yoga focuses on flexibility and body awareness, improving range of motion in joints and muscles, supporting bone density, stimulating bone growth, and rebuilding bone strength, improving muscle mass, and resetting the nervous system with stress and anxiety relief.
These classes integrate elements of yoga, Pilates, meditation and breath work. Allowing you to move more freely and efficiently in your daily life, prevent injuries, and improve overall physical and mental well-being.
No experience required. Modifications will be provided.
