Description

These strong swimmers will work on stride entries and underwater object recovery. they will practice 100m of both front and back crawl along with 50m of breaststroke and 25m of head up swimming. Interval training will now focus on breaststroke, and swimmers will complete a 300m swim workout!. With Stay and Play kids will do a 45-minute lesson & 15 minutes of free time.
