Description

Rookie Patrol, the next step after Swimmer 6 features timed 100 m swims, 350 m workouts and swimming with clothes on. A work hard/play hard approach develops swimming strength and efficiency with emphasis on personal responsibility for Water Smart behavior. Ages 8-12.
