Description
The Life Saving Society’s Bronze Medallion challenges the candidate both mentally and physically. Judgement, knowledge, skill and fitness are the four components for water rescue which form the basis of this course. The prerequisite for this course is being 13 years of age or Bronze Star. Bronze Medallion now includes Basic Workplace First Aid certification and is a prerequisite for taking Bronze Cross. This is the first mandatory course to become a Lifeguard or Swim Instructor.
