Description

Inclusion lessons are 30-minute classes taught by an instructor with specialized training in adapting swimming lessons. These lessons are for swimmers who may have specific adaptations or require additional 1:1 support in order to participate in lessons. This program is not intended to replace our private lesson program that has been removed—we no longer offer private lessons; this is specific and goal-based learning for swimmers who may not have the opportunity to participate in lessons if their only option is group lessons. Those who register for Inclusion lessons have the option to work 1:1 independently with their instructor or join a group lesson with the staff assigned to them so they may still have 1:1 support within a group setting.
