Description

Adult (Beginner) is targeted towards adults from 16 years old to seniors that are interesting in learning basic Swim to Survive skills. Skills included: comfortable jumping into water with and without a lifejacket; opening eyes, exhaling and holding their breath underwater; learning the basics of front crawl (floating on their front), back crawl (floating on their back), and treading water.
