CHP Open Swim Pool Party

Birthday parties are 2 hours in duration. The first hour of the party is in the pool during a public swim from 2:00pm – 3:00pm and the second hour is in the Largarde Room from 3:00pm – 4:00pm. No more than 25 people (including adults) will be permitted in the pool, pool area, or party room. 1 adult for every 5 children under the age of 8 years old is required to be in the pool for the duration of the swim time. The party host is responsible to provide desired food, beverages, decorations, and all required supplies. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. The Lagarde Room is available 30 minutes prior to the start of the party (1:30pm) for setting up and decorating. There is a 30-minute period at the end of the party (4:00pm – 4:30pm) available for cleaning and packing up. All participants must exit the Lagarde Room by 4:30pm. Fourteen (14) days of notice before the event date must be provided to receive a refund or credit; cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event will be subject to the full payment (including all taxes).
