CHP Private Pool Party

Birthday parties are 2 hours in duration. The first hour of the party is a private pool rental (access to all three pools) from 12:00pm – 1:00pm and the second hour is in Stewart Hall from 1:00pm – 2:00pm. No more than 36 people (including adults) will be permitted in the pool, pool area, or party room. 1 adult for every 5 children under the age of 8 years old is required to be in the pool for the duration of the swim time. The party host is responsible to provide desired food, beverages, decorations, and all required supplies. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Stewart Hall is available 30 minutes prior to the start of the party (11:30am) for setting up and decorating. There is a 30-minute period at the end of the party (2:00pm – 2:30pm) available for cleaning and packing up. All participants must exit Stewart Hall by 2:30pm. Fourteen (14) days of notice before the event date must be provided to receive a refund or credit; cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event will be subject to the full payment (including all taxes).
