Description

In this class the chair is used for support while practicing traditional Yoga poses while standing. The majority of the class will be done from standing. Advanced Chair Yoga is designed so participants can focus on technique and form of each posture. This class will help build strength, better balance and body awareness. Throughout the class we will practice breathwork and mindfulness techniques.
