C.S.A (Z262.1) Approved multi impact hockey/skating helmet & gloves/mittens mandatory for all participants. No ice access without this helmet type. Face shield & neck guard are strongly recommended. This lesson is unparented and for children who have completed level 2. Lesson skills Include: push offs, circle thrusts, inside edge, backward skating, 2 foot turns forward to backward.
