C.S.A (Z262.1) Approved multi impact hockey/skating helmet & gloves/mittens mandatory for all participants. Face shield & neck guard are strongly recommended. Skills Include: 3 turns, Transition: Left to Right (LFI - RBI) & Right to Left (RFI-LBI), backward circle thrusts, forward cross cuts & sequence of skills with speed, timing & coordination.
