This Adult Barre Pilates class is designed for anyone looking to build a stronger, more balanced body through controlled movement and mindful technique. Inspired by classical Pilates and ballet style barre work, the class focuses on improving posture, core strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance in a supportive, upbeat environment. PLEASE BRING A MAT, YOGA BLOCK AND TOWEL.
