Description
The National Lifeguard certification is the gold standard for lifeguard training in Canada. Developed by the Lifesaving Society, this nationally recognized program builds the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to keep aquatic environments safe and enjoyable for everyone. The training goes beyond basic rescue skills; it develops strong judgment, effective decision-making, and the professional mindset required to prevent emergencies and respond quickly when they occur. National Lifeguard – Pool Option prepares you to think critically, act decisively, and lead responsibly as a professional lifeguard.
The Airway Management certification provides lifeguards with specific knowledge and training in the use of oxygen, suction devices, oral airways and bag-valve-masks.
