Description
This Yoga practice is done primarily with the support of the chair, whether seated or in standing postures. The use of a wall may also be used. This practice is suitable for those with mobility challenges, injuries, chronic pain or beginners who struggle to get up and down on the mat. This program explores playfulness, coordination, mindfulness and breath work, and how to move your body in a way that brings more ease.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, yoga block, and a bath towel. The LeBrun Centre also has a limited number of these items available to borrow on-site.
