Description
This class is based on Joseph Pilates principles; a full body and mind practice. Improve core strength and stability, improve posture and balance, increase body awareness and mental concentration. We will explore the Pilates Principles in detail. These classes are for individuals new to the practice, recovering from an injury or has been years since practising.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, a small hand towel, a thin bath towel, 2 yoga blocks, elastics, fitness circle, and a small Pilates ball. The LeBrun Centre also has a limited number of these items available to borrow on-site.
