Description
This class is based on Joseph Pilates principles; a full body and mind practice. Improve core strength and stability, improve posture and balance, increase body awareness and mental concentration. We will explore the Pilates Principles in detail.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, yoga block, elastics, fitness circle, and a small Pilates ball. The LeBrun Centre also has a limited number of these items available to borrow on-site.
