Swimmer 4

Swimmers will practice going 5m non-stop underwater and 25m of front crawl, back crawl, whip kick, and breaststroke arms with breathing. They will work towards completing the Canadian Swim to Survive® Standard (roll into deep water, tread water for 30 seconds, swim 25m). Cancellations requested 7 days or more prior to the first day of the program qualify for a refund. The refund will be processed for the full amount of the fee paid, minus an administrative charge of 10%. Cancellations requested less than 7 days prior to the first day of the program do not qualify for a refund or credit.
