Description

Approved multi-impact hockey/skating helmet mandatory for all participants. (Roller Skates, helmet and protective gear provided if needed). This program is designed for beginners with little or no roller-skating experience. The program will focus on the fundamentals of roller-skating with an emphasis on fun and participation. Skills include falling and getting up unassisted, balance, posture and turning.
