Description
Yoga encourages balance, flexibility and strength in mind and body with basic postures,
breathing exercises and meditation. A slow pace practice with focus on the breath, controlled movements and stretching.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, a firm cushion (or bolster, blanket or throw), 2 yoga blocks, and a yoga strap or belt. The LeBrun Centre also has a limited number of these items available to borrow on-site.
