Description
Strength and conditioning training aims to improve an individual's strength, endurance, power, and overall physical performance. It incorporates a variety of exercises, including weight training, body weight exercises, core exercises and low impact cardio to enhance physical capacity and reduce injury risk. This class is designed with modifications and alternatives to offer options for different fitness levels and abilities.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, 2 yoga blocks, and loop resistance bands. The LeBrun Centre also has a limited number of these items available to borrow on-site.
