Description
This class will be a combination of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that is often described as meditation in motion. Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements, often resulting in enhanced flexibility, balance and agility. Instructor: Don Evans. Please note time and duration have changed, class will run 5:20-6:50 pm.
