Description
Shimmy Fit is a hybrid class featuring standard aerobics exercises infused with authentic moves from Belly Dance (Raqs Sharqi) and other dance forms. Cardio is followed by a mat session of core strengthening exercises and a mini yoga session. Shimmy Fit is a multi-level class suitable for absolute beginners, with modifications offered for more experienced participants. This class is open to all women and fem-identified persons. Please bring indoor sneakers for the cardio portion of the class, and a yoga mat for the floor section. Instructor: Terri Roberts
