Description

Yoga encourages balance, flexibility and strength in mind and body with basic postures, breathing exercises and meditation. Chair Yoga is an adapted yoga practice that allows participants to stay seated while practicing yoga focused poses. Optional light weights will be introduced to build strength in the upper body.
