Description

Yoga encourages balance, flexibility and strength in mind and body with basic postures, breathing exercises and meditation. This will be a Meditative Flow Yoga class that will offer an escape from the stresses of daily life and will guide participants into the space of deep stillness and inner peace, offering quieting and supportive practice. Jolanta, the instructor will be teaching gentle , flowing stretches followed by meditation and relaxation- a perfect evening treat. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
