Description
The Swim for Life Instructor course provides candidates with the essential skills and knowledge to become certified swimming instructors. Through a combination of classroom and pool sessions, participants will learn effective teaching techniques, stroke development, and how to work with children of varying ages and swimming abilities. To enroll, candidates must be at least 15 years old and hold both a Bronze Cross and Intermediate Workplace First Aid certification. The 3-weeks after the last day listed will be for shadow teaching, dates & hours will be decided with the instructor & candidates during the course.
