Description

Begin your week with intention through a yoga practice that promotes mindfulness, balance, and strength. Yoga encourages flexibility and strength in mind and body with basic postures, breathing exercises and meditation. All levels are welcome. Yoga mats will not be provided. Participants must bring their own mat. Teacher is Krissy Brewer. No class on May 18th.
