Description
The City of Greater Sudbury is seeking more volunteers to maintain and operate the Old Skead Road Community Centre Playground Outdoor Rink.
Neighbourhood volunteers are responsible for scraping, shoveling, and flooding the rinks, ensuring the fieldhouse is open, and may also operate the canteen. At certain locations, volunteers are also involved in special events, such as carnivals and fundraising activities. The City of Greater Sudbury supports local volunteers with funding and equipment to help carry out these duties.
