Description

Children must have successfully completed Preschool 4. While wearing a Personal Floatation Device, these youngsters get more adventurous with sideways entries into the pool; treading water for 10 seconds and holding their breath underwater for up to five seconds. They will work on front crawl and back crawl swims of five meters and get introduced to vertical whip kick. Prerequisite: Preschool 4
